Here at CNC Technical Services, we have always prided ourselves in being able to provide technical support to our customers via email and over the phone. More often than not, we’ve been able to work with you to solve a problem or provide assistance without having to make a service call to your facility. This service has aided our customers in getting their equipment up and running quicker, without the expense of a service call.
As we have grown, we have done our best to continue to provide such support. However, with the addition of so many customers, we’ve had to adapt to the increasing demand for technical support. To address this increased demand, we have created our Technical Support Program (TSP). With this TSP program, we are providing the customer with another option to choose from when deciding what level of service best fits their needs and budget.
What is the Technical Support Program?
The Technical Support Program is an enhanced level of customer support that offers many benefits. Customers will have access to data through our Website Technical Library (WTL); they will receive enhanced technical support and documentation via email; and they will benefit from priority service, whether it involves an email/phone response or a scheduled service call. In order to facilitate this level of service, we have had to expend a vast amount of resources compiling our manuals, technical reference documents, and service reports into our database to facilitate access to critical information in a timely manner. We currently have more than half a terabyte worth of data that we can utilize to provide answers to your technical questions and machine service issues. All this data will allow us to provide solutions quickly by not only sharing this data via email or over the phone, but also by posting certain documentation on our website for easy access. This will give a greater level of support to our customers not just during normal business hours, but also during after-hours and weekends.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROGRAM (TSP)
